Non-Faculty coaches and sponsors may be contacted using the school email address. Messages for coaches will be taken at 815-627-2671 ext. 200 but coaches may not receive the message in a timely manner. School staff will not relay a message by calling a coach. Parents are encouraged to send a note with their child to practice if they wish the coach to contact them or stop in after practice. Coaches, in general, will not meet with parents following a game. A meeting time may be scheduled with the coach using the means outlined. If a parent, after meeting with a coach, wishes to discuss any situation in more depth they should contact the athletic director, Dave Smith. Coaches may only check their email accounts during the sport/activity season.
